Rationale for the creation and planning organization of the national nature park within the boundaries of the Borzhava mountain range


 To date, Transcarpathian region is where the conservation indicator in Ukraine highest (15.52%). However, network of natural geosystems includes areas that – due to absence well-established mechanisms nature protection are being harmed by excessive economic development and use outmoded environmental management approaches. One such important complex requiring its biotic landscape diversity Borzhava range. In this paper, authors provide a rationale for creation National Nature Park (NNP) within boundaries mountain range, taking into account bioecological approaches, as well accounting limiting factors existing manage- ment resources.
